What to Expect
These focused, standalone sessions are designed to give you clear, practical guidance exactly where you need it.
Whether you’re preparing to join one of my kettlebell classes or looking to progress your training at home, we’ll use the time efficiently to refine technique, improve confidence and create clear next steps.
You might use a session to:
• Learn foundational kettlebell movements safely
• Refine form and technique
• Troubleshoot sticking points or discomfort
• Progress to more advanced movements
• Build confidence before joining a class
• These sessions are simple, practical and focused.
There’s no ongoing coaching or contact between sessions, just expert guidance when you need it.

Location
1:1 sessions are primarily delivered face-to-face in Chelmsford.
Online sessions can be arranged where suitable. A clear camera setup and good audio are essential so I can properly observe your technique and provide effective coaching.
Classes are delivered on Mondays at 9:30am in Chelmsford.
